Shipping policy
We ship orders within 1-7 business days via USPS. Rates vary depending on the weight of the order, your shopping cart will update the cost of shipment. Please double-check your address! We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer in control of or have any control over the package. The ownership of the package is now transferred to you. The Law in the USA transfers ownership over to you, the buyer.
Our FREE shipping over $45 is for 4 pounds or less. If your package weighs more than 4 pounds then we have to charge priority box rate of $16.
Should you receive an item that is damaged or not correct, we will need a photo and an email statement from you within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot consider it and assist you with it if you do not respond and tell us within 24 hours of delivery.
Should you NOT receive your package, it is imperative to immediately contact your postal carrier person by placing a note in your mailbox telling them about your package non delivery. As well, you should simultaneously call or visit your local post office, and alert them to the non delivery of said package. Before you contact us, please first contact your carrier by placing a note in your mailbox and contact your local post office. Time is of the essence in this situation. Your mail delivery person will remember where they placed your package if you contact them immediately.
